I have always had a thing for underdogs. I get it from my dad, and it's this love that has me rooting for bands like The Greatcoats. They are a group out of Austin who quickly found their way into my heart during their performance on Friday night at Frank and I doubt they will be leaving any time soon. They put on a high energy show that showed off their talent, polished sounds and explosive energy. This is definitely a group worth catching around town and at SXSW.
