My body is rested and I am feeling slightly back to normal except for the SXSW concerts that continue to play on repeat in my head. I am slowly making sense of my notes and photos (check some of them out here!) and will be spending the rest of my week in coffee shops typing away so I can share every detail with you. In the meantime, here is a playlist of most of the bands I was able to catch at SX.

Accidental Playlist: Songs for Love

For all the crap that I will admit to giving Valentine's Day (I'm a single girl, it can't be helped), I can't argue too much with a holiday all about love. So in honor of this day to shower the people you love with love (thank you James Taylor), this week's playlist does just that. It features artists like John Legend, The Decembrists, Florence and the Machine, The Avett Brothers and so many more of my favorites (so obviously also Foster the People). Accidental Playlist: SXSW 2012 1st Edition

For the next few weeks leading up to SXSW I will be posting playlists featuring SXSW artists I am excited about. I decided to split them up instead of making one gigantic list. Accidental Playlist: Accidental ipod January Edition

My intent with this week's playlist was to share with y'all what I have been listening to lately, except I have been swallowed up by the world of SXSW previewing and a lot of the artists I have actually been playing on my ipod (like Black Keys and The Brew's newest albums) aren't up on Spotify. Fail.

Then my brother saved me with an email asking if I needed suggestions for this weeks playlist. He is currently living in Montana and working in the rental shop at Big Sky where he outfits skiers, reads Accidental Music and jams out to sweet tunes all day.
